Easy enemy kills:
-----------------
Thug: If you have enough web fluid, just web trap him until he
is down and he will disappear. You can also just web yank them
into a wall, impact web them off a building, or grapple them
and punch them until they are gone.
Bank Thug: Same strategy as for Thug.
Police and Swat: Do not bother fighting them, just keep moving.
Police Helicopter: When you see the target, move. The easiest
way to get out of the way is to jump towards the nearest
building and web swing over. You cannot destroy the helicopters.
Lizard Men: Strategies vary, depending on where you are. If
facing multiple men in a tunnel, web yank one to you and finish
him off with your fist one at a time. If one is near water, web
yank or impact web him into it. If one is on a pipe above a pit,
impact web him or yank him in.
Symbiotes: First, destroy the generators. If alone (without fire
webbing) jump and hit punch or kick to hit him from above, then
hit with a 1, 2, 3 combo and repeat. If near a furnace, knock him
into it to set him on fire. If you have fire webbing, impact web
him or web trap him until he catches fire. When in the warehouse,
pick up a can or box that is labeled flammable and throw it at
them. If you are low on energy and on the subway or fighting a
large group of symbiotes, constantly create web-domes until they
are all gone, or the sub stops.
Any enemy can be grabbed and punched or kicked except the Bosses.
Often the grab maneuver followed by a punch or kick will do the
job. Most often the punch is more effective because you can perform
it as many times as needed to successfully kill the enemy. Note:
This tactic does not work as well on the pink Symbiotes. They can
sometimes throw you over their back.
Unlock the enhanced strength costumes, then use the web gloves to
kill enemies easier: thugs (1), henchmen (1 or 2), lizardmen
(1 or 3), and symbiotes (3)

Level 5.3: Hidden room:
-----------------------
In level 5.3 (the level before Mysterio, downstairs in the Daily
Bugle), you have to destroy two Symbiote generators and then find
the imposter Spider-Man-Mysterio. After finding the first generator
and destroying it, find the second one. The wall behind the second
generator is holographic. It does not appear so, but when you try
to climb it, you will go right through. Two web cartridges and one
flame cartridge are inside.

Stop The Presses level: What If mode flattened Spider-Man:
----------------------------------------------------------
If Spider-Man falls into the printing press, a flattened Spidey in
his red and blue suit will be stuck to the paper (no matter which
suit you use).

Waterfront Warehouse level: What If mode hidden armor:
------------------------------------------------------
Go to the waterfront warehouse in "What If" mode. When you start,
there will be a stack of boxes next to you with one of the
generators on it. Go past this stack to find a box that appears
different from the rest. You can take off the cover of the box
just by doing the same action to lift objects. Inside the box is
Spidey armor and "The Ark Of The Covenant".

Waterfront Warehouse level: What if mode No-Prize envelope:

When you first enter the Waterfront Warehouse level, go to the
left and jump up on the boxes. The boxes on top will have the
Marvel Comics "No-Prize" envelope wording on them.

Make Spider-Man sleep:
----------------------
Start the game in "What If" mode and do not do anything.
Spider-Man will eventually will shoot a web straight up,
cling on it, and start sleeping. Note: This only happens in
indoor levels, or in levels with a ceiling.

What If mode:

What If mode adds small variances in the game, for example
The Torch will be on the FF building. You will know that it
is definitely unlocked, if you see the Watcher just after the
second FMV sequence (featuring the helicopters). He will have
new dialogue.

Tony Hawk appearance:

After you defeat Scorpion, he will knock over a desk with a
television. As it falls you can see Tony Hawk skate boarding
on the monitor.

Hex Cheat:

First, one has to open the file ui.ar in the
Midtown madness directory. At the bottom of
the file, one can find the different things
such as the placing in the race required to
unlock the next set of races as well as how
many races it unlocks. There is also the stuff
where you can choose how many races you must
complete to unlock the cars such as the Panoz
GTR-1. Below are the exact co-ordinates of the
different vehicles (the offsets may vary in
different hex editors, but not by much):

Just read from the ANSI text part and edit what one wants.
Basically, what everyone whould want is to unlock every
vehicle. Simple. Just set the "Unlock Flags" part to
"Unlock Flags=0" or 00. In the Panoz GTR-1, set the
unlock score to 0000. Even an amateur can drive that
car then. It should be pretty simple to edit what one
wants other than that.


No timer in Blitz mode:
-----------------------
This cheat makes the timer in blitz mode disappear.
It also makes the dashbord disappear. When you are
starting the race press your view button and go
inside the car. When you are inside look back and
while you are doing that press your view button again.
Now the timer will be gone. But if you want your time
registered, you simply go in the car and just look back.
The timer will be running again.

This code can also be used on any other race to get a
very good time.

-GameTips-
----------
Tip: If you're finding traffic hard to navigate, get off the
road and onto the sidewalk. Most of the vehicles can drive
quite nicely on the sidewalks between the guardrails and the
lampposts, and you'll find a clear path (this works very well
out on Navy Pier). Also, don't worry about crashing into those
massive checkpoint posts on the sidewalk--they're invisible
(collision-wise) to your vehicle.

Tip: If you get into a bump-and-grind situation with an AI
car, you'll find yourself losing most of the tussles, even
if you have the bigger vehicle. The best tactic is to quickly
sideswipe the car, and then swerve away. If you time it right,
you can bump the car into oncoming traffic or a building.

Tip: The AI-controlled drivers always stay on the road,
which means that you'll have great opportunities to cut a
few corners here and there (remember, Chicago has plenty of
parks!). When you're off-road driving, slow down a bit and
try not to make any turns. If you try anything wild on the
soft grass, you'll probably spin out and lose any advantage
you might have gained.

Tip: To win a race, especially a Checkpoint race, you need to
know the course. Take on the course in one of the heavier
vehicles with no cops and limited traffic, and you'll maximize
your chances of making it through the course and learning all
of the possible shortcuts. You won't win, but you'll gain vital
knowledge that will help you when you go back into the race with
a performance vehicle and full obstacles in place.

Tip: Vehicle damage is your enemy! There are so many things to
hit during the course of the race that you'll often find yourself
with a wheelless, smoking hulk of a car before you can finish the
race. Try to save your damage points for when you really need them
(such as making that jump across Navy Pier) and avoid hitting too
many lampposts.

View damage:
------------
There is a damage meter in almost all of the cars.
You must have the view set to "In-Car", with the
dashboard showing. The meter has yellow to the left
and red on the right. The meter goes up as you crash
into objects. In most cars, except the Panoz Roadster,
it will be in the lower left of the dashboard.

Overhead view:
--------------
Select any smaller vehicle. Repeatedly press C during
game play until you cannot see your car. Press V, then
press [Esc] to restart the race, then press V again.

Drive 999 mph:
--------------
Select single player mode and choose a big car. Start
the game, go to any alley, get wedged between two walls,
and accelerate. If done correctly, you will reach 999 mph.

Disable blitz mode timer:
-------------------------
Press [View] when a race starts to switch to the in-the-car
camera. While inside, look back and press [View] again.
If done correctly, the dashboard and timer will disappear.
To start the timer again, enter the car and look back again.

Drive on building:
------------------
There is a dotted square on the middle part the map.
Go straight down the top dotted line and try to go around
at top speed with a light weight car. There will be a ramp
when you get to the end of the road. Hit that ramp and your
car will jump very high. Try heading for the building on the
left. If you succeed, you will be on top of the building and
the background will glitch. This jump is possible, but difficult
to pull off.

Drive bus on roof:
------------------
Drive the City Bus into McCormick Place and into the garage area.
Drive up one of the ramps on the inside. If done correctly, you
will be on the roof. Note: This cheat works best with the
dashboard or external view.

Invisible car:
--------------
Press [View] to select the furthest view. Then, press D to
return to the in-the-car-camera. Type wvvww to remove the car,
leaving only the shadow in the view.

Wheels only:
------------
Select the Panoz AIV Roadster, then press D followed by V during
game play. Press [Esc] to restart the race and only the wheels
of your car will be displayed.

is to wait til the bridge gos up and

Getting ride of cops:

All you have to do is get alot of cops behind you
in San Francisco go to the Golden Gate Bridge you
have to have a big truck(humvee,bus,firetruck,
ect...),then go to any were on the bridge.Get one
cope against the bridge and floor it and the cop
will fall. It may take along time but it is worth it.

Big Wide World:
---------------
To get out side San Fran, select the Cruise mode and
pick your car as God Killer or BMW M3 2000, go to the
dock end of the high way. Go as fast as you can up
the highway. Just before you get to the turn offs,
turn left slightly. You should fly over the wall and
out side the city. BEWARE, the walls of the city are
invisible on the outside, so go slowly!

In the after level when you rescue Doctor McCoy
there is an easteregg. When Joe tells you to use
the scarecrow and put it somewhere, instead of
putting in front of the 2 cowboys, you put it on
the same spot you sunk the boat with the precision
bullets. After you place the scarecrow Doc points
it's hand to the sunken boat and rises it from the
water. Then, John Cooper will say: "May the force be
with you, young McCoy!"

Many of my friends have finished up to the 6 mission without using the
quick time action. But I have emerged victorious in following the quick
time action and have completed up to the 22 missions in the game. However,
the game consists of 25 missions I have three more to deal with. Your entire
question is how to perform a quick action. Just click on the character say
(John Cooper) now the character gets highlighted showing his weapon and stats.
Now click the timer (large) below the screen your cursor seems to change now
again click on the action say (Knock out punch) and click on an enemy cowboy
to record the action. Before execution of the quick action, Use some other
character say(Kate)to entice the enemy cowboy when he comes near her select
John Cooper & Double-Click on the timer(small) for your character to perform
the knock out punch action. This is very easier and will be more helpful to
you. If more doubts persists, Mail me.

you shoyld find his keep there, then select his keep and press CTRL+D to
destroy his keep and shinja will escape and you will win the level very
quickly, when you are on the next level, send kenji and otomo east until
you find shinja's base and shinja would be on a tower, destroy the tower
with CTRL+D and send kenji and otomo to attack shinja, keep using their
battlegear and you will have won both levels very quickly

the force of the lotus' brothers:

next get the brothers and try to attack it in nearby
water... you will see them turn and make spins that will
trigger yang acquisition. now use your ying/yang to upgrade
your units defense and offense or make heroes to blast your
enemies to smithereens.

Hints:
------
Excellent strategy Choco-Bob I play very
similarly. I also think upgrading your Dojo and
Archery with special abilities also helps a great
deal (Zen Accurary etc). Also round up a few horses
- they provide 2 very useful purposes-:

1. Peasants can use them as pack-horses thus allowing you
to carry more water/rice back to your Huts. The quicker
you have your resources the quicker you get your army.

2. Put your prized units on mounts and their attack rating
goes up. Also you now have the trample ability which I have
found very handy in melee situations.

I also love Archers. As Choco-Bob advises use CTRL-1
(Or whatever) to group your Archers then make them stand
their ground. An enemy no matter what their Unit type quickly
crumbles under a hail of 10 or more arrows. I use CTRL-2 to
also group my Melee units and also use their special powers
in battle (Intimidate, Shield).

And yes - always save before a big battle. I also concentrate
on the towers first, then Enemy Archers, then Enemy Melee then
structures. Weather the initial storm of the Enenmy attacking
you then sit back and build. It sometimes takes finesse but
that's half the fun!

Try the following:
------------------
1. Build more peasant huts. The more you have, the faster
they spawn, the faster your army grows, etc. More huts also
increases your resource capacity (as does building a Town Hall)
, so that your gatherers can be constantly building up a fat
rice/water bankroll, so you'll always have resources when you
need them (like when you need heroes, NOW).

2. Use battle gear. Both offensive and defensive. Even on
your geisha. Equip everybody and use it in combat.

3. In single-player, save early and often. Make Ctrl-S
(quick save) and Ctrl-L (quick load) your friends. I always
quicksave before I invade a base. I wasn't in the habit of
doing this in Starcraft or AoE and it cost me a lot of time.

4. When invading, focus on towers first, then peasant huts,
then barracks (training buildings). Rush your melee guys up
to the towers, and keep your ranged guys AWAY from them.
Towers have awesome range, but the unit atop the tower can't
fire at units attacking its base (i.e., there are no
AoEII-style "murder holes"). Tower charges (their battle
gear, of sorts) are a bitch, too. When attacking a tower,
send one or two units in first, in the hopes that your
opponent (or the AI) will trigger the tower charge, then
send the rest of your squad against it.

5. Fire! Fire! Fire! Burn stuff. Dragon Warriors' flaming
sword, Serpent Raiders' torches, Wolf Pitch Slingers' pitch,
and Lotus horse Infernal Breath (among others) all have the
ability to ignite structures. Use it. There's nothing more
confusing to your opponent (or the AI in single-player) than
to have some fire units run around their town igniting every
structure they see.

6. Use hot keys. B to activate batttle gear, S to stop, N
to stand ground, G to guard, O for non-agressive. Go into
Options/Controls and study the whole list. This also includes
creating groups and assigning them hotkeys as well.

Destroy building without Attacking:

Once you see the enemy base without the fog covering it.
Select the enemy building that you want to destroy.
After highlighting it press CTRL+D and keep pressing it
till you see the building destroyed. You can do this to
your allies to! (Evil Laugh)

Hey there strategy fans.We all know that there are two types of win.
To cheat or to cheat!that is why I Dimitar leave you with this cheat.
when you see a building without the fog of war press left click on it
and then ctrl D a several times.Then the building will will colapse.

HOW TO GET YIN IN LOTUS:

Quickly build a Tomb of the Brothers and summon Lythis, one of the brothers
of the crypt. Just have him attack a tree and watch yin points add up.
This trick works well on a stage with lots of trees.

Unlimited Brothers:
------------------

For the Lotus Clan:
1. As soon as possible build the Crypt of Brothers.
2. Train all 3 Brothers (you can use the Yin Farming to make it easier).
3. Build 3 Watchtowers.
4. Put the 3 Brothers on the 3 Watchtowers.
5. Destroy your Crypt of Brothers (CTRL+D x2).
6. Rebuild your Crypt of Brothers.
7. Build the 3 Brothers again.
8. Remove the old 3 Brothers from the Watchtowers.
9. Put the new Brothers on the towers.
10. Repeat.

* Notice * The brothers only use Yin, Rice, and Water. If you destroy your
Crypt of Brothers while the 3 Brothers are on foot, they will die with it.
That is why if they are one the towers, they dont die. This also makes the
computer think they are dead so it allows you to train new ones.

Multi-player cooperation:

When playing in multi-player mode, your base to a friend's base.
Your friend can defend you while you build.

Lotus clan: Get Ying faster and great fighting:

Train a Warlock unit then set magic by the Brother that has a leaf
around his head. Then, get ice-blade for the Warlock. Your Warlock
unit must have more than five (the more, the better).
In battle, press B to destroy them all. However, it may take a few
minutes to get stamina for the Brother.

Dragon clan: Break unit limit:
------------------------------
With a new character, train in the Bath House and Royal Academy.
Train her to 20 units, then take them to train in the Shrine which
provide them the magic. Select all of them (press B for using the
magic). Finally, your units will become 40 by using the magic.
The sum of these 40 units plus your peasants will be more than
the limit provided.
