Patch 1.234

1. The error which two confirm windows pop up at once whenever a player tries to
sell a premium ship, has been fixed.

2. The bug which selects the sailor in back of the veteran convertion window with a
mouse click, has been fixed.

3. The bug which shut downs the game client automatically when a player recieves
another invite message when he is already in the battle room, has been fixed.

4. The FF II engines which are still left on the Sevastopol will be sold automatically
inorder for the players to use the new Sevastopol engine(USN BB Engine IV
(Heavy)). This is not a speed decrease, but a engine correction job, since the FF II
engine was not the proper engine for Sevastopol in the first place. For the speed
loss of the engine changing, we have increased the speed of Sevastopol so it can
maintain the speed which the FF II had before the speed increase patch last week.
