ความเป็นมาของโปรแกรม Pro/Desktop

ปลายปีงบประมาณ 2546 บริษัท PTC U.S.A. ได้ติดต่อมายังกระทรวงศึกษาธิการเพื่อมอบโปรแกรม Pro/Desktop
พร้อมลิขสิทธิ์ใช้งานสำหรับนักเรียนไทยในระดับมัธยมศ ึกษา โดยมีนายพงษ์ศักดิ์รักตพงษ์ไพศาล
(ผู้ช่วยรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงศึกษาธิการในขณะนั้น)เป็นผู้รับฟังการนำเสนอศักยภาพของโปรแกรม จากนั้นคณะได้เข้าพบ
พณฯ นายกรัฐมนตรี เพื่อมอบโปรแกรมดังกล่าวไว้ใช้ประโยชน์
โปรแกรม Pro/Desktop มี 2 ระดับ คือ โปรแกรมที่ใช้ในระดับมัธยมศึกษา และระดับมหาวิทยาลัย ประเทศไทย
ได้รับมอบโปรแกรม Pro/Desktop เพื่อใช้งานฟรี จำนวน 20 ชุดสำหรับระดับมัธยมศึกษา โดยอนุญาตให้นักเรียนไทย
ทุกคนสามารถใช้ได้โดยไม่มีข้อจำกัด ยกเว้นในเชิงธุรกิจ

มาใช้โปรแกรมคลาสสิคกัน
โปรแกรมคลาสสิคคืออะไร ?
ก็คือ โปรแกรมที่นิยมใช้กันแม้จะผ่านมาหลายปี หรืออัพเดทระบบวินโดว์มาหลายรุ่นแต่ก็ยัง
ใช้โปรแกรมคลาสสิคอยู่
โปรแกรมที่ผมแนะนำใช้มีอยู่ 2 ตัว เป็น portable

1. โปรแกรม acdsee 2.44
ไม่ต้องติดตั้งคลายไฟล์ลงเครื่องเปิดใช้ได้เลยคับ

มีเทคนิคในการดาวน์โหลดไฟล์ rapid คือ ต้องเลือก server ดาวน์โหลดที่เราสามารถใช้ได้
จะมีอยู่ 1 ตัวที่สามารถใช้ได้ ลองดูคับ แล้วคราวต่อไปเราก็ใช้ server ตัวเดิมที่เราดาวน์โหลดได้

2. โปรแกรม Classic Paint shoppro 7 portable
ทำไมจึงมีขนาด 260 MB คลายไฟล์แล้วได้ขนาดถึง 310 MB
เพราะผู้จัดทำ Portable ได้ใส่ PictureTube และ PictureFrame รวมทั้ง Preset Shape สำเร็จรูป
นอกจากนี้ยังได้รวบรวม Tutorial, Product tour, Context help เอาไว้ในนี้ด้วยคับ
จึงทำให้มีขนาดใหญ่ แต่คุ้มค่ามากๆ คับ

เป็นโปรแกรมที่เอาไว้จัดการเกี่ยวกับเรื่องต่างๆที่เ กี่ยวกับการงานของเราและครอบครัวของเรา
เป็นเหมือนเลขาส่วนตัวของคุณ เอาไว้ช่วยเตือนความจำ และเก็บเรื่องราวต่างๆคล้ายๆ poket book ส่วนตัว

ผมได้เพิ่มไฟล์ Language ภาษาไทย ให้ใช้ด้วยคับ (แปลแบบ ลวกๆนะคับบางเมนูบางคำก็ไม่รู้ความหมายคับ)
คลายไฟล์แล้วก็นำไฟล์ th.nls ไปไว้ที่ โฟลเดอร์ nls แล้วทำการเปลี่ยนเมนูภาษาที่ tools ->Language
ส่วนไฟล์ภาษาไทย 99 % แล้วคับ ยังขาดนิดหน่อย เพราะหาจุดแก้ไม่เจอคับ

โปรแกรมกู้ไฟล์
พอดีมีเพื่อนโทรถาม เรื่องทำอย่างไร จึงจะกู้ไฟล์ ที่เสียหาย ตอนที่ใช้โปรแกรม Office เครื่องเกิดอาการ error ทำให้โปรแกรม
ปิดตัวลง พอเปิดไฟล์ใหม่ ไม่สามารถก็คืนมาได้ ก็เลยหาโปรแกรมให้เขาไปทดลองใช้ดู

ทางเลือกใหม่ ไม่ง้อ Adobe
Adobe Reader/Acrobat ช้านัก ทิ้งมันซะเลย
สำหรับงานPDF ส่วนใหญ่คงจะรู้จักแต่ตระกูลAdobe เช่น Adobe Reader, Adobe Acrobat
เป็นที่รู้กันดีอีกเช่นกันว่ามันช้าขนาดไหน บางคนแค่จะอ่านอย่างเดียวหรืออ่านเป็นอย่างเดียว มานี่เลยมาดูนี่ Foxit Reader หรือถ้าจะเอาแบบแก้ไข+สร้างได้ด้วยก็ต้องนี่ Foxit PDF Creator หรือ Foxit PDF Editor ก็เลือกใช้งานกันแล้วแต่ความจำเป็น
เรื่องความเร็วนี่ไม่ต้องพูดถึง ลื่นหัวแตก กันเลยทีเดียว
และด้วยขนาดที่เล็กกว่ากันหลายสิบเท่า และกินทรัพยากรน้อยกว่ามากมายถ้าคุณอ่านอย่างเดียว ถึงเวลาที่จะต้องเปลี่ยนแปลงแล้วรึยัง
